Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (we don't process orders on weekends or public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number and carrier details by email.

If an order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at [your contact email] and we'll do our best to help. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a reshipping fee may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving a reason. To start a return, contact us at [your contact email] within 14 days of delivery — you'll then have 14 further days to send the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in that case, contact us and we'll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund. Items returned outside the 14-day window, or not in their original, unused condition, are not eligible for a refund.
